Here are a few tips for your stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lake Neusiedl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Austria\u2019s largest lake is a paradise for swimming, sailing, surfing and sunsets. A popular spot is Podersdorf am See with its shallow sandy beach and lighthouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neusiedler See \u2013 Seewinkel National Park<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt pans, reeds and wide steppe: the national park is a unique bird sanctuary. On guided tours or on your own, you can discover grey cattle, water buffalo and many rare bird species. The information centre is located in Illmitz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cycling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seewinkel is flat and perfect for cycling. A well-developed network of cycle paths leads directly from Frauenkirchen to the lake, through the national park and around Lake Neusiedl.
